Waiting for a buffered file to be truncated.
Additional Information​
Buffered files in PostgreSQL are primarily temporary files. Temporary files are used for sorts and hashes. BufFileTruncate is seen when these files are being initialized.
How to reduce this wait​
Ensure the IO subsystem and CPU have sufficient resources.
