Detailed Description​
Your session is waiting to extend a relation and another session has already acquired the locks necessary to perform this operation. This wait in the Lock class can be seen during INSERT, COPY and UPDATE operations.
How to reduce this wait​
Make sure there are no spikes in insert/copy/update operations.
Ensure the storage subsystem is not overloaded.
